Conditions of Sales & Terms of Business

In the context of terms and conditions:
'Seller' means Sloppas
'Buyer' means any customer (purchasing goods from the Seller):
 

Payment

The Buyer shall pay in full for all goods purchased from the Seller, by Credit Card, Debit Card, Switch or cheque for web sales prior to dispatch

Return of Goods

All goods must be examined by the Buyer on delivery.
Any damage to the goods shall be deemed to have occurred after purchase unless the Buyer proves to the contrary.
No claim in respect of the goods may be made by the Buyer if the goods have been mixed by the Buyer with other goods or materials (whether or not sold by the Seller).

Price Variations

The Seller shall be entitled to adjust the purchase price of the goods whether before or after the making of a quotation for the goods. In the event of any variation in the cost to the Seller from the supplier.

Specification Alterations

The Seller reserves the right to alter the specifications of any goods without prior reference to the Buyer provided that the goods comply with the requirements of the Buyer.

Sub-Standard Goods

Any goods sold as sub-standard or 'seconds' shall be accepted by the Buyer in their actual state and condition. No warranty whether expressed or implied by the applicable rule of the law will apply thereto.

Delivery / Collection

Wherever possible orders places by noon Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day subject to items being in stock
Orders placed after 12.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday will be dispatched or made ready for collection the following day subject to items being in stock
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it is a Public Holiday subject to items being in stock
